Dishwasher (Food Services)

Our Tinton Falls Store Bakery is seeking a PT Dishwasher for their Bakery team! The Dishwasher will be responsible for washing plates, dishes, utensils, baking dishes/sheets, and all other dirty kitchenware. The Dishwasher will also clean appliances and industrial equipment as needed, empty and clean trash receptacles, and perform other duties as assigned.

Dishwasher Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the availability of clean dishes, baking pans, baking sheets, cooking utensils, serving spoons/tools by washing all items that need to be cleaned.
2. Prepare kitchen area stations with clean cooking utensils, tools, pots, pans, bowls, plates, etc.
3. Clean machines and appliances used in the kitchen.
4. Remove trash and rinse garbage cans.
5. Support other kitchen staff by assisting with additional tasks as needed.
6. Report kitchen accidents or violations of food safety codes and procedures.

Dishwasher Requirements:

1. Must be 18 years or older.
2. Previous experience as a dishwasher is a plus.
3. Ability to stand or walk for 8-hour shifts and lift at least 25 pounds.
4. Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures.
