Job summary

Magnolia Trails at East Lake, a Sonida Senior Living community, in Tarpon Springs, FL, seeks a dedicated Dishwasher to support the dining team and maintain clean dishes and kitchen areas. You will help ensure a pleasant and safe dining experience for residents and guests.

The role offers on-site work with training and opportunities to grow within our dining services and care teams. Commitment to safety, hygiene, and ongoing education is expected.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or GED preferred.
• Attends all in-service education programs mandated by Corporate SSL, State, and Federal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for proper cleaning and handling of all utensils, pots, pans, china, glassware, and silverware in the dishwasher area.
• Cleans and sanitizes all tableware and cookware used in the service and preparation of meals to guests; cleans and organizes all dish and storage areas as needed and as directed; maintains the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and service areas; and assists the cook on the serving line during meal periods.
• Interacts with residents, families, staff, and other visitors in a pleasant, respectful, and courteous manner.
• Acts as a positive representative of the community at all times.
