Intermountain Health St George Regional Hospital in Utah is seeking a full-time Dishwasher & Housekeeping teammate to maintain a sanitary, safe dining and patient-care environment. The role involves cleaning dishes, sanitizing areas, and operating the commercial dishwasher to support the Culinary Department.

This position requires flexibility to work Sunday through Saturday with 8-hour shifts between 6am and 10:30pm, including rotating holiday and weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Food Handler Permit or ServSafe certification required by first day of work.
• At least 1 year custodial or food service experience preferred.
• Ability to read color coded labels and follow written and verbal directions.
• Ability to operate housekeeping equipment and dish machine.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes dishes and dining areas.
• Collects patient trays and transports them efficiently.
• Cleans and disinfects assigned areas per procedures; complies with safety rules.
• Uses cleaning chemicals according to Joint Commission and OSHA standards.
• Operates and maintains the commercial dishwasher and related equipment.
