Job summary

Bonrue Bakery in Springville, UT is seeking a Dishwasher to keep our pastry and café operation running smoothly. You’ll wash, stock, and sanitize so the kitchen can meet rushes with speed and precision.

You’ll join a team led by Michelin-trained leadership. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean dish area, tracking supplies, and supporting cooks and baristas as needed. Certification in Food Handler or ServSafe is a plus, but not required to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years old (restaurant experience a plus)
• Be willing to get Food Handler's or ServSafe certification if not already

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, flatware, pots, pans, and equipment by hand or machine
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and dish area at all times
• Monitor water temperature and cleanliness for health and safety
• Manage trash removal and kitchen sanitation routines
• Restock tableware and kitchen tools quickly and efficiently
• Track detergent and cleaning supplies - never run out when we need them most
• Support teammates in any area that needs a hand
• Alert the Kitchen Manager to any issues with equipment or dish machines

The Role

As a Dishwasher at Bonrue, you'll do more than clean dishes—you'll create the conditions for excellence. Our pastry chefs, baristas, and prep teams rely on you to keep everything spotless, stocked, and ready for the rush.
