Job summary

Max's Tavern and Max's Swing Lounge, located inside the Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield, MA, are seeking a dependable dishwasher to join our back-of-house team. This role offers growth opportunities within the Max Hospitality Group in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate is hardworking, punctual, and willing to assist with basic prep tasks while upholding health and safety standards in accordance with company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience as a dishwasher in a fast-paced restaurant is preferred but not required.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Willingness to learn basic food prep tasks.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing station and kitchen.
• Restock clean kitchenware and service ware in proper locations.
• Assist with kitchen cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal.
• Support the culinary team during service.
