Max Burger, Avon, CT, is hiring a Dishwasher to join the opening team at our newest location. This role supports the kitchen by washing dishes, keeping the station clean, and assisting with basic prep tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a dishwasher is preferred but not required.
• Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils, ensuring all are clean and sanitized.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing station and overall kitchen.
• Restock clean kitchenware and service ware in proper locations.
• Assist with kitchen cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal.
• Support the culinary team with basic prep tasks when needed.
• Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with company and local guidelines.
• Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations during service.
