Led by seasoned restaurateurs Gregg Horan (Gibsons Restaurant Group) and Bill Veremis (Rosewood Steakhouse Group), along with Executive Chef Jose Sosa (Gibsons Italia), the restaurant offers a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere, centered around live-fire cooking in an open kitchen. The menu features prime cuts of beef, fresh seafood, and homemade pastas, blending culinary traditions with warmth and personality. Designed as a neighborhood institution, it provides relaxed weekday dinners or celebratory dining with passion and spirit.

Job Description and Responsibilities
  • Ensure kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations.
  • Organize kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas.
  • Wash and clean cooking utensils; store equipment at end of shifts.
  • Manage garbage and trash disposal.
  • Clean work areas, refrigerators, cooking equipment, walls, and floors.
  • Assemble, maintain, and break down the dish machine.
Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (8-hour shift).
  • Food safety knowledge.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Speed and finesse in work.
  • Meet all company standards.
  • Maintain a positive attitude with self, guests, and teammates.
  • Complete ongoing certifications/validations.
  • Maintain a clean workspace.
  • 1+ years of experience in a professional high-volume kitchen preferred.
