Job summary

Sonny's Place is seeking a Dishwasher to maintain a clean and safe kitchen area by washing tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment. You will load and operate the dish machine and ensure proper sanitation throughout shifts.

Ideal candidates are 16 years of age or older, capable of working weekends, nights, and holidays, and able to thrive in a fast-paced family entertainment venue.

Responsibilities

• Load, run, and unload dish machine.
• Monitor dish machine water temperature as well as detergent, sanitizer, and chemical levels to ensure a sanitary wash cycle.
• Keep the dish machine clean and maintain cleanliness of dishware.
• Properly washes, sanitizes, and stores all tableware and kitchenware.
• Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for the entertainment center.
• Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss.
• Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents, and cleaning supplies.
• Keep the dish room, food preparation, and production areas clean and organized.
• Other job duties as assigned.

Position Summary:
