The role involves setting up dishwashing stations, operating dish machines, washing and sanitizing items, and assisting with dining service duties. A focus on OSHA compliance and strong cleanliness is essential for brightening residents' experiences.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing stations.
• Operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware.
• Maintain accurate temperature and sanitation logs.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments.
• Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and prep areas.
• Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies.
• Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times.
• Support dining service duties as assigned.
