You will set up dishwashing stations, operate machines, and ensure all dishware and equipment meet food safety standards, with attention to logs and cleanliness.

• Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments
• Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and prep areas
• Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies
• Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times
• Support dining service duties as assigned
