Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Dishwasher to join our kitchen team in Kennebunk, Maine. You will help maintain clean, sanitized dishware, cookware, and equipment while supporting safe food-handling practices and timely meal service for residents.

Responsibilities include operating dishwashing stations, logging temperatures and sanitation checks, and assisting with storage and cleaning tasks. This entry-level role offers a path to growth within a compassionate senior living environment.

• Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing stations
• Operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware
• Maintain accurate temperature and sanitation logs
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments
• Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and prep areas
• Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies
• Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times
• Support dining service duties as assigned
