Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a part-time dishwasher to support our event and convention center operations. You will maintain all stewarding functions, clean china, glass, silverware, and serving equipment, and assist with plate-up and delivery for functions.

The role includes set-up and breakdown of banquet buffets and maintaining cleanliness in multiple food and beverage areas. You will work closely with the Executive Chef/Food and Beverage Manager, interact with kitchen staff, and handle

• At least two (2) years of experience in a Food & Beverage environment.
• Strong ability to work with other staff members in the facility.
• Results oriented individuals with the ability to meet required time lines.
• Ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks.
• Must adhere to local Food Codes.

Position Summary

This position maintains all Stewarding functions. Responsible for cleaning of all china, glass, silver and serving equipment; facilitating all plate-up and delivery of all food to prospective functions; set-up and breakdown of all Banquet buffets; cleaning of all Food & Beverage food prep and servicing areas, to include main kitchen, concessions kitchen and back hallways.

Work Contacts

Daily contact with the Executive Chef, Sous Chef and other convention center employees.

Physical Effort

This position requires stooping and lifting. Substantial standing, walking and pushing and or pulling of equipment. Must be able to lift 25 lbs to the waist.

Working Conditions

Works throughout the building.
