Responsibilities

• Comply with safety and sanitation standards.
• Scrape, rack, wash, and unload dishware.
• Ensure restaurant areas are stocked with clean dishware.
• Maintain upkeep of bus stations.
• Clear and maintain work stations and equipment.
• Empty garbage.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Duties

• Complies with Marzoni’s s safety and sanitation standards
• Scraping, racking, washing, and unloading dishware
• Ensures all areas of the restaurant are stocked with clean dishware
• Maintains upkeep of bus stations
• Clears and maintains work stations and equipment
• Empties garbage
• Performs other duties as assigned or directed
