Qualifications

Position: Pizza Cook - Part-time and Full-time opportunities available!

Whether you are a culinary professional or interested in taking on a new challenge, we provide the training and tools to ensure that each one of our team members is successful in their role.

Position Duties:

• Operation of Brick Oven and Equipment
• Proper Sanitation and Preventative Maintenance of Brick Oven and Equipment
• Follow HACCP guidelines and complete Safety Temperature Sheets
• Proper handling, preparation, pulling, and rotation of pizza dough
• Maintain presentable appearance and professional demeanor by Marzoni’s standard – open kitchen
• Performing other duties as assigned or directed
