Job summary

Carlton Senior Living is hiring a dishwasher to keep the kitchen clean and sanitary, washing dishes and assisting with light food prep. This role supports safety protocols and collaborates with residents, families, and teammates in a busy care setting.

Ideal candidates may have some experience, but training is provided; applicants must be at least 18 years old. Competitive benefits and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years or older, per Title 22 requirements
• Some experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen by washing dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using proper procedures.
• Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, taking out trash, and sanitizing work surfaces and equipment.
• Assist with food prep, banquet setup, and transporting supplies between storage, kitchen, and delivery areas as needed.
• Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices.
• Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members.
