POSITION SNAPSHOT :

The Dishwasher position is essential for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facility. Responsibilities include cleaning, sanitizing, and properly storing all dishes, flatware, utensils, and kitchenware.

NITTY GRITTY DETAILS :

1. Deliver an exceptional guest experience through food, drinks, and games in a fun environment.
2. Keep your supervisor informed of any issues and take corrective actions when necessary.
3. Use chemicals properly for safety and cost efficiency.
4. Operate all equipment safely and correctly.
5. Clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware, and glassware.
6. Sort dishware and flatware carefully to prevent loss or disposal.
7. Clean kitchen pots, pans, and utensils.
8. Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
9. Handle glassware and dishware carefully to prevent breakage.
10. Manage trash disposal and maintain trash cans.
11. Assist other kitchen staff during busy periods.
12. Help with line maintenance, sweeping, and dish clearing.
13. Support prep work and banquet items as directed.
14. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dish areas, including floors, walls, and drains.
15. Assist in maintaining storage areas, cleanliness, and stock levels.
16. Clean and maintain mats.
17. Support team members as needed to meet business demands.
18. Foster a positive working relationship with all team members to promote a cooperative environment.
19. Maintain a friendly attitude, smiling frequently while working days, nights, and weekends as required.
20. Previous maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
21. Communicate clearly with guests and team members.
22. Be disciplined and self-motivated.
23. Dress neatly, cleanly, and professionally at all times.
24. Must be at least 18 years old.
