Job summary

Blü Prime Steakhouse in San Antonio is seeking a dependable Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced fine dining kitchen. You will wash dishes, utensils, and cookware, support the kitchen team, and help with general sanitation throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen and dish area.
• Support kitchen staff by ensuring equipment and supplies are clean and available during service.
• Assist with trash removal, floor cleaning, and general kitchen sanitation.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Help with basic kitchen support and organization tasks as needed.
• Work efficiently during high-volume service periods while maintaining attention to detail.

Blü Prime Steakhouse is a modern fine dining concept in San Antonio, combining premium steaks with globally inspired, chef-driven cuisine. We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Dishwasher who takes pride in cleanliness, organization, and supporting a high-performing culinary team.

This role is essential to maintaining the pace, cleanliness, and overall success of our kitchen operations in a fast-paced fine dining environment.

What You’ll Do

• Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen and dish area
• Support kitchen staff by ensuring equipment and supplies are clean and available during service
• Assist with trash removal, floor cleaning, and general kitchen sanitation
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Help with basic kitchen support and organization tasks as needed
