Job summary

RoadHouse Cinemas in Sahuarita, AZ, is opening mid-November 2026 and is currently accepting applications. We’ll host a Hiring Fair on October 23–24 at the new location, 70 W Duval Mine Rd, to meet candidates for the opening team.

This role is entry level, serving as dishwasher and supporting operations with a focus on quality and policy adherence. No prior experience is required; a Food Handler’s card may be required depending on location.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required.
• Food Handlers card (as required per location).

Responsibilities

• Work in a professional and courteous manner.
• Loads, runs and unloads the dish machine
• Keeps the dish machine clean and reports any functional or mechanical problems immediately.
• Monitors dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle and test PPM’s.
• Washes and stores all tableware and kitchenware.
• Keeps dish room clean and organized.
• Maintains adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen.
• Bags and haul trash to dumpster.
• Maintains adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies in accordance with standards.
• Cleans food preparation and production areas as required.
• Fills in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or kitchen chef.
• Keep floors, walk-ins, and freezers mopped.
• Assist the rest of the kitchen as needed.
• Review bathroom cleanliness (per training guidelines).
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Our anticipated opening is mid-November 2026. Because we are currently in the construction and pre-opening phase, this timeline is an estimate and may change based on construction progress and other opening requirements.

Experience and Education:

• No previous experience necessary.
• Food Handlers card (as required per location).

This position is employed by a motion picture theater. Under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), employees of motion picture theater establishments are exempt from federal overtime requirements. As a result, employees in this position are not entitled to overtime premium pay (1.5× the regular rate) for hours worked over 40 in a workweek. Employees will be paid their applicable regular rate for all hours worked.
