Come join the Outback family as a Dishwasher, where you will be responsible for the cleanliness and organization of dishes and small wares at the restaurant. Dishwashers are also responsible for trash disposal and linen bag removal. A Dishwasher will ensure that washed items meet the rinse and wash temperature criteria. You'll help provide each customer with an AUS-SOME dining experience by showcasing our food on perfectly clean plates and silverware.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain organization and flow while washing dishes and utensils
• Practice food safety and sanitation
• Restock kitchen and cook line as needed
• Perform general cleaning of the restaurant
• Manage pace and organization of dish execution
• Understand how the dish machine works and its chemical components
• Change water and chemicals as needed
• Keep floors, plates, and smallware clean and dry
• Inspect and maintain food receiving, preparation, and storage areas

Requirements:

• 1+ year BOH experience in a full-service restaurant (preferred)
• Bilingual in English / Spanish (a plus)
• Team player
• Availability to work various shifts
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Good vision and ability to work in hot and cold environments
