Job summary

Pali Mountain is seeking a dishwasher in Running Springs, CA. The role involves maintaining a clean kitchen, washing and sorting dishes, and assisting with food prep as needed. You will work with the team to keep the dish area organized and may help with inventory and deliveries.

No prior experience is required as training will be provided; must be able to work weekends/holidays and lift up to 50 pounds. This is a part-time position with hourly pay in the $17–$18 range.

Summary

Dishwasher duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to the following:

Duties:

Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes, and preps foods as needed. Keeps dish area free of clutter and organized.

Sets up dish stations, including dish-machines and sinks.

Maintains clean / dry floors throughout the shift.

Properly washes, stacks, and stores china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers.

Change’s water of machines and sinks every two hours, or more often as required by business levels, and properly uses chemical dilutions set by EcoLab.

Assists in the timely storing of food deliveries.

Maintains trash cans throughout shift and removes full trashcans and boxes at the end of each shift.

Assists in maintaining the dry storage area and the organization of storage shelves, including monthly inventory.

Follows the posted daily dish cleaning duties.

Assists in food prep and any other duties set forth or requested by the chef as needed.

Qualification Standards:
