Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and utensils using dishwasher and three-compartment sink.
• Unload clean items and restock them in storage and cook lines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dishwashing station throughout the shift.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors, wipe counters, and clean equipment as needed.
• Empty trash, compost, and recycling bins and replace liners.
• Assist culinary team with basic food preparation and unloading deliveries during slower periods.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

• Wash and sanitize all plates, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils using our commercial dishwasher and three-compartment sink.
• Carefully and quickly unload clean items and restock them in their proper storage areas and cook lines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dishwashing station throughout your shift.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors, wipe down counters, and clean kitchen equipment as needed.
• Empty trash cans, compost, and recycling bins, replacing liners regularly.
• Assist the culinary team with basic food preparation (e.g., peeling vegetables, portioning) and unloading inventory deliveries during slower periods.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
