Our franchise organization, Captain Corral dba Golden Corral, is currently seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team!

The Utility Person / Dishwasher is responsible for many duties that impact the guests’ dining experience. Maintaining cleanliness is crucial, as guests prioritize this factor highly. The Utility Person / Dishwasher handles general cleanliness inside and outside the restaurant, with dishwashing being an essential part of the role.

• Provides clean, sparkling silverware and dishes to guests.
• Cleans the inside of the restaurant to ensure a pleasant, safe environment for guests and staff.
• Maintains cleanliness around the outside of the building and parking lot.
• Checks, cleans, and stocks restrooms.
• Empties trash into the dumpster and keeps the dumpster, trash cans, and back dock area clean.
• Organizes and cleans the utility area thoroughly.
• Follows the duty roster and meets cleanliness, service, and quality standards.
• Adheres to local health department laws.

Operational Excellence:

• Stocks cook, line, and server areas with appropriate utensils and dishes.
• Maintains organization, speed, and cleanliness.
• Reports equipment or facility issues to the Manager.

Guest Service:

• Follows responsibilities for just-in-time delivery of service.
