Position: Dishwasher

At this location, our cooks earn $15.50 - $17.50 / hour.

If you enjoy keeping plate ware, glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils clean and sanitized, and maintaining the dish machine, dish room, prep area, and equipment, then this is the job for you. You are super tidy and like to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in the dish room and adjacent areas of the restaurant. You are familiar with the chemicals used in the dish machine and daily cleaning procedures.

• You like a clean restaurant, sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down workstations, walls, and furniture, and removing trash
• You sort and rinse dirty dishes, glassware, tableware, and other cooking utensils, placing them in racks for the dish machine
• You sort and stack clean dishes, carrying them to the cook’s line and storage areas
• You change dishwater in the dish machine as required
• You wash pots, pans, and trays
• You fill and empty soak tubs with cleaning and sanitizing solutions
• You assemble and disassemble the dish machine
• You prepare thoroughly and strive for perfection

Education
