Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cookware according to standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and clutter-free dish area.
• Handle equipment and chemicals safely and responsibly.
• Take pride in doing things the right way — no shortcuts, no “good enough”.
• Keep clean dishes flowing to the line and prep stations during peak periods.
• Assist with trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and general kitchen cleanliness.
• Support teammates proactively — jump in wherever needed.
• Help create a calm, positive, and supportive environment for the entire team.
• Work with urgency and energy to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
