Job summary

Boiling Point Group in Redmond, WA is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment. You will wash dishes, pots, utensils and ensure proper storage while supporting overall kitchen operations.

You’ll work in a fast-paced restaurant setting, stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and follow BP’s safety codes and ethics. Prior dishwashing or food retail experience is valued.

Qualifications

• 1 year of food retail experience in a fast paced environment as a dishwasher.
• Friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a team environment.
• Must be able to work flexible schedules.
• All candidates are subject to a background check and employment verification process.
• Ability to continuously stand or walk.
• Ability to bend and lift frequently; up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to squat occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Set up dish stations according to BP’s guidelines and standards
• Ensures all kitchen utensils and containers are washed and put back in proper storage area
• Assumes 100% responsibility for the cleanliness of dishware
• Keep dish room clean and organized
• Responsible for general housekeeping including receiving and storing supplies, sweeping floors, cleaning trash cans and removing trash when needed, replenishing supplies when stock is low
• Maintain personal health and sanitation standards
• Must be knowledgeable of all safety codes per BP's guidelines
• Ensure compliance with BP’s code of ethics, integrity and conduct

Purpose & Summary:

To provide a clean and safe kitchen area for our staff. Responsible for washing and cleaning all sauce dishes, pots, utensils and cooking equipment. Will also be responsible for general kitchen duties including but not limited to stocking inventory, cleaning equipment, placing clean items to storage areas and general maintenance of the kitchen area.
