Crowne Plaza Portland Downtown - Convention Center in Portland, OR is seeking a Dishwasher to join our team. The Dishwasher is responsible for operating the dish machine and keeping the kitchen clean and organized.

We offer a full-time schedule with weekend and holiday availability, and a pay range of $18.58 to $20.33 per hour, DOE, plus tips (3% culinary tips based on sales). Benefits include PTO, holiday pay, travel discounts, and more.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent and good communication skills.
• Prior kitchen experience is preferred but not required.

SCHEDULE

• Variable schedule; Must be available weekends and holidays

RATE OF PAY

• $18.58 to $20.33 per hour/DOE plus tips!
• + 3% Culinary tips based on total sales (equivalent to approximately $2.50 per hour extra - depending on business levels and hours worked.

Education and Experience

• Ideal candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent and good communication skills. Previous kitchen experience preferred, but not required.

Licenses

• Must have a valid Food Handlers Permit.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Medium Work

Ability to maintain standing position for long periods of time.

Ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 lbs. and occasionally lift/move 50 lbs.

Continual use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills with frequent use of bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
