Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to support our busy kitchen in the United States. You will wash and sanitize dishes, keep utensils and cookware organized, and help maintain a clean, safe dining environment.

You’ll work as part of a team in a fast-paced setting, following food safety standards and assisting with deliveries and restocking as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior dishwasher experience is a plus.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced kitchen and maintaining cleanliness.
• Attention to detail and hygiene standards are essential.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift heavy trays.
• Basic knowledge of sanitation regulations and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans by machine or hand.
• Store clean items in designated areas and maintain storage order.
• Keep kitchen areas and equipment clean and orderly.
• Sweep, mop, and manage trash to keep the kitchen safe.
• Assist with unloading deliveries and restocking.
• Follow sanitation and food safety guidelines at all times.
• Support culinary team with other duties as needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand.
• Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in designated storage areas.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Sweep and mop floors, empty trash, and ensure cleanliness and safety in the kitchen area.
• Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation regulations and food safety guidelines.
• Assist with unloading and storing deliveries.
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the culinary team or supervisor.

Critical Skills & Experience Requirements

• No specific educational requirements; a high school diploma or equivalent may be preferred.
• Proven experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding kitchen environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy trays or dish racks.
• Basic knowledge of sanitation regulations and food safety standards.
• Team player attitude with effective communication skills.
