Topgolf International in Durham, NC is seeking a reliable dishwasher to support the culinary team by washing dishes, utensils and cookware, and ensuring all items are cleaned and stored properly. You will help maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment and assist with unloading deliveries as needed.

Ideal candidates are comfortable in a fast-paced setting, have attention to detail, physical stamina, and knowledge of basic sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy trays.
• Basic knowledge of sanitation and food safety standards.
• Team player attitude with effective communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Wash dishes, glassware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand.
• Store clean dishes and cookware in designated areas.
• Maintain clean and orderly kitchen work areas and utensils.
• Sweep, mop, and manage trash to keep the kitchen safe.
• Assist with unloading and storing deliveries.
• Follow sanitation and food safety guidelines.

Job Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand.
• Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in designated storage areas.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Sweep and mop floors, empty trash, and ensure cleanliness and safety in the kitchen area.
• Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation regulations and food safety guidelines.
• Assist with unloading and storing deliveries.
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the culinary team or supervisor.

Critical Skills & Experience Requirements

• No specific educational requirements; a high school diploma or equivalent may be preferred.
• Proven experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding kitchen environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
