Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a diligent dishwasher to support our kitchen team in a fast-paced environment. You will wash, dry and put away dishes, help maintain a clean, organized kitchen, and assist with deliveries and general duties as needed.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and strong attention to sanitation and safety standards. A HS diploma may be preferred; prior dishwashing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• No formal education required; HS diploma may be preferred.
• Experience as a dishwasher or similar role is a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
• Physical stamina to stand long hours and lift trays.
• Basic knowledge of sanitation and food safety standards.
• Team player with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand.
• Store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in designated areas.
• Keep kitchen areas and equipment clean and orderly.
• Sweep, mop floors, empty trash, and maintain kitchen safety and cleanliness.
• Sort and dispose of trash in designated pickup areas.
• Assist with unloading and storing deliveries.
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the culinary team or supervisor.

• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Sweep and mop floors, empty trash, and ensure cleanliness and safety in the kitchen area.
• Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation regulations and food safety guidelines.
• Assist with unloading and storing deliveries.
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the culinary team or supervisor.

Critical Skills & Experience Requirements

• No specific educational requirements; a high school diploma or equivalent may be preferred.
• Proven experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding kitchen environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy trays or dish racks.
