Job Summary:

The Dishwasher is responsible for duties such as washing dishes, maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen, food preparation, organization, sanitation, and production of food items, as well as closing and storage for individual workstations as needed.

Day-to-Day:

• Set up daily prep and organize the workstation.
• Operate the dishwashing machine, sink pot scrub station, and all ware washing setup, including opening and closing procedures.
• Dispose of all food waste, manage trash receptacles, and breakdown boxes and larger containers for disposal.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors as directed.
• Prepare and store food items necessary for kitchen operations, adhering to quality standards.
• Assist in receiving and procuring kitchen supplies following safety and sanitation procedures.
• Communicate with Chef(s) regarding special products or equipment issues.
• Assist team members, members, and guests to ensure excellent service and participate as a team member.

About You:

• Previous experience in stewarding or kitchen prep is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
