Job summary

Pinetop Country Club in Pinetop, AZ is seeking a dedicated part-time Dishwasher to support busy club operations under Troon management. You will clean, sanitize, stock dishes, pots and glassware, and help maintain a safe, efficient kitchen environment for members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes and stocks dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler.
• Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and disposes of garbage.
• Performs daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods and exhaust system.
• Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Cleans, washes and sanitizes all dishes and cleans the kitchen after close.
• Performs other duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleans, sanitizes and properly stocks of all dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of entire kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler, sweeping & mopping.
• Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage.
• Performs daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods and exhaust system.
• Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Clean, wash and sanitize all dishes, clean kitchen after close.
• Performs other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have experience working infast paced restaurant experience.

Other Qualifications:

• Regular and reliable attendance.
