Job summary

Terravita Country Club in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a part-time Dishwasher to support our busy kitchen teams and ensure clean, sanitary dishware for service.

The role emphasizes fast-paced hospitality environments, timely cleaning of dishes, pots and utensils, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards. Weekend and evening availability is preferred to meet club needs.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes and stocks all dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of the kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler.
• Empties trash and disposes of garbage properly.
• Performs daily cleaning of dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods and exhaust system.
• Stores all dishes and wares in proper areas.
• Follows safe work practices in job performance.
• Cleans and sanitizes all dishes and the kitchen after close.
• Performs other duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleans, sanitizes and properly stocks of all dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of entire kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler, sweeping & mopping.
• Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage.
• Performs daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods and exhaust system.
• Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Clean, wash and sanitize all dishes, clean kitchen after close.
• Performs other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have experience working infast paced restaurant experience.

Other Qualifications:

• Regular and reliable attendance.
