At The Palazzo Senior Living in Phoenix, AZ, we are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our culinary services team. This entry-level role provides training and a path to a culinary career within a premier nursing facility, supporting meal service and kitchen operations for residents.

You will assist the Kitchen Supervisor and Cook, help set up meals, maintain carts, and ensure sanitation and safety standards are followed at all times.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Kitchen Supervisor and/or Cook as requested
• Timely setting up of meal service, maintenance of food carts and delivery of meal trays
• Adheres to sanitation and food safety guidelines during meal preparation and clean up
• Keeps work areas clean (sweep/mop floors, sterilize counter tops, wipe down storage areas, etc.)
• Wash and clean cooking equipment, utensils, meal service trays, etc.
• Return clean dishes and utensils to the proper storage areas
• Collect and carry out garbage
• Follow all safety regulations and precautions at all times
• Maintain confidentiality of all pertinent resident care information
