Job summary

Fleming's Prime Steakhouse is seeking a dishwashing teammate to help keep the kitchen clean and stocked while supporting the culinary team.

You will ensure all dishes and smallware are cleaned to sanitation standards, monitor the dish machine, and assist with trash and linen disposal. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen is a plus.

At Fleming's, your first and most important responsibility will be creating memorable moments for our Guests by supporting our culinary team. As adishwasher, you are responsible for the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and making sure we are always stocked with clean dishes and smallware's. You will need to be committed to industry leading food safety, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards. You would also be responsible for trash disposal and linen bag removal. As a dishwasher you will also monitor the performance of the dish machine and make sure the washed items meet the rinse and wash temperature criteria for each state. Fleming's is a positive and fast-paced environment and working well with a team of others is important.
