Job summary

Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in Nashville, TN is seeking a dishwasher to keep the kitchen clean and organized while supporting the culinary team. You will ensure a steady supply of clean dishes and smallware, adhere to strict food safety and sanitation standards, and manage trash disposal and linen handling in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes teamwork and reliability to help deliver memorable guest experiences and maintain a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Ensure clean dishes and smallware are stocked and available.
• Follow industry leading food safety, cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards.
• Handle trash disposal and linen bag removal.
• Monitor the dish machine and ensure wash/rinse temperatures meet state criteria.

As adishwasher, you are responsible for the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and making sure we are always stocked with clean dishes and smallware's. You will need to be committed to industry leading food safety, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards. You would also be responsible for trash disposal and linen bag removal. As a dishwasher you will also monitor the performance of the dish machine and make sure the washed items meet the rinse and wash temperature criteria for each state.
