Dishwasher Responsibilities include:

• Acts as a positive representative of the community at all times.
• Recognizes that residents and families are in fact customers to the business and endeavors to do everything possible to make meal periods enjoyable.
• Recognizes that 'No' or 'can't-do-it' are business losers and must be removed from the working vocabulary.
• Washes and inspects all dishware and glassware. Stored clean utensil, dishes and glassware in proper places.
• Keeps dishwashing machine and dish room in clean operating condition. Reports any malfunctions or breakdowns of equipment to the Dining Services Director.
• Interacts with residents, families, staff and other visitors to the community in a pleasant, respectful and courteous manner.

Qualifications:

• Highschool Diploma or GED preferred
• Attends all in-service education programs mandates by Corporate SSL, State and Federal guidelines.
