Position Summary

The Dishwasher is responsible for delivering clean and sanitized plateware and glassware to our guests. Ensuring the cleanliness and proper stock of dishware is critical to providing a memorable guest experience.

Essential Functions

• Maintain proper grooming and uniform standards
• Prepare dish machine and sinks for washing
• Change water regularly to ensure cleanliness and sanitation
• Maintain proper water temperature
• Clean all dishes using the dish machine or by hand
• Check dishes for cleanliness after washing
• Sort and organize silverware and dish area
• Sweep and mop floors to maintain cleanliness
• Carry boxes and trash from the kitchen to the dumpster
• Demonstrate professionalism and graciousness at all times
• Perform opening, running, and closing duties accurately
• Perform any additional tasks as requested by management
