Dishwasher Responsibilities
• Maintain the dish tank area and ensure availability of cleaned dishes for service
• Follow food safety guidelines for washing, drying, and storing dishware and utensils
• Remove cardboard and grease, maintain cleanliness of the parking lot
• Keep property around the restaurant clean (foyer, front porch, sidewalk, etc.)
• Empty trash from designated areas throughout the shift
• Collaborate with staff to ensure guest satisfaction related to dining room cleanliness
• Assist in other job categories as needed
• Perform all other duties as assigned

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be dependable, a team player, and capable of performing each essential duty satisfactorily.
