The dishwasher will maintain cleanliness of all washables, stations, floors, counters and prep surfaces, ensuring a safe, sanitized environment in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced kitchen environments is a plus.
• Ability to work as part of a team to keep the kitchen running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Dishwashers are responsible for maintaining the flow of all restaurant washables to ensure that everything is cleaned properly for preparing and serving food to our guests.
• Dishwashers will keep all stations, floors, counters, tools, cutting boards and preparation surfaces clean & sanitized at all times.

Dishwashers are responsible for maintaining the flow of all restaurant washables to ensure that everything is cleaned properly for preparing and serving food to our guests. Additionally, dishwashers will keep all stations, floors, counters, tools, cutting boards and preparation surfaces clean & sanitized at all times. Other responsibilities may be assigned, in the back of the house, as needed.
