Job summary

Eggs Up Grill is looking for servers to join our brand-new location in Olive Branch, MS. As a server, you will be the primary contact for guests, ensuring excellent service and accurate food presentation. Strong experience in a serving position is crucial, but a willingness to learn and a positive attitude are equally important. Qualifications

Eggs Up Grill is hiring servers for our brand-new location, in the Wedgewood Commons, on Goodman Road, in Olive Branch. We are committed to providing a next-level experience every single time! Our servers are the face of our business and enjoy the responsibility of serving as the primary point of contact between the guests and the restaurant. Strong experience in a serving position is key, but a willingness to learn, understand and apply our approach to hospitality is the most important factor. A smile and a good attitude are a great start for this role, we can work together on the rest.

Requirements

Have a full understanding of all menus, recipes, portion sizes & ingredients to answer questions and suggestively sell.

As the last person to check the food before it is presented to the guest, make sure the order is perfect every time.

Regularly check tables for any needs and drink refills. Pre-bus whenever possible.

Throughout the day, help the other servers run food, refill drinks, add checks, bus tables, clean, keep condiments full & any other guest experience-related task, as needed.
