Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures and R&R standards.
• Restock cook stations and keep them clean and organized.
• Stand and walk for an entire shift; this role keeps you in motion to serve Fans.
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
• Prepare food for service (chop vegetables, portion, sauces).
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the crew.
• Clean up station and take care of leftover food.
• Stock inventory appropriately.
