We currently own and operate 5 establishments: Calypso Bar and Grill, Repeal Bourbon and Burgers, and 3 Hair of the Dog Eatery’s (Downtown Granby, Hampton BLVD across from ODU, and Loehmann’s Plaza in Virginia Beach).

Moliar Hospitality Group is seeking full-time dishwasher applicants. The ideal candidate is hardworking, efficient with time, and skilled at multitasking. As a dishwasher, you will assist the kitchen team by following all sanitary and health protocols.

Qualifications

• Able to stand for 9 hours
• Restaurant experience helpful but not required
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Good hearing for accurate communication
• Basic English comprehension
• Handle glassware and silverware with care
• Available 4 days a week

Job Duties

• Manage clocking in/out and report to Kitchen Manager on time, in full uniform
• Operate the industrial dishwasher
• Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment
• Work efficiently to keep pace with restaurant needs
• Perform opening, closing, and shift side work
• Follow safety and sanitation policies
• Maintain an organized work area
• Assist kitchen staff as needed
• Handle chemicals and machinery carefully
• Perform other duties as assigned
