Job summary

Magnolia Bluffs Casino in Natchez, Mississippi, is seeking a full-time Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. This role reports directly to the Executive Chef and supports daily dishwashing duties, sanitation, and overall kitchen cleanliness.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and prior experience with dishwashing equipment, with the ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for long periods. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience with dishwashing equipment, cleaning and sanitation preferred.
• Able to lift 30-50 lbs frequently.
• Able to stand and walk for 6-8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine cleaning of dishes, glasses, flatware and other kitchen items.
• Maintains standards of cleanliness and adheres to Department of Health regulations.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitary condition of all kitchen equipment.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of floors, mats and related kitchen areas.
• Responsible for proper use of supplies and equipment based on predetermined levels.
• Assists with other kitchen/utility personnel as needed.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
• Promotes outstanding customer relations.

Located on the Mississippi River, on the site of the former Learned’s Mill that operated from 1828 until 1962, Magnolia Bluffs Casino now calls this historic land home. The casino originally opened in 2012 and is currently owned and operated by Saratoga Casino Holdings, LLC. With numerous slot machines and ample table games such as poker, blackjack, roulette and craps as well as delicious dining options, we offer a guest experience unparalleled to others.

We are now looking to expand our team as we continue to provide the city of Natchez with the best customer service and gaming experience possible! Our current opening is for Dishwasher. This position will report directly to the Executive Chef, and will be responsible for:
