Job summary

Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in Los Angeles is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to support our culinary team. You will help maintain a clean, organized kitchen and ensure all dishes and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized.

In this fast-paced environment, you will monitor dishwashing equipment, assist with trash and linen handling, and contribute to a positive team culture. Competitive pay and benefits available for eligible team members.

At Fleming’s, your first and most important responsibility will be creating memorable moments for our Guests by supporting our culinary team. As adishwasher, you are responsible for the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and making sure we are always stocked with clean dishes and smallware's. You will need to be committed to industry leading food safety, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards. You would also be responsible for trash disposal and linen bag removal. As a dishwasher you will also monitor the performance of the dish machine and make sure the washed items meet the rinse and wash temperature criteria for each state. Fleming’s is a positive and fast-paced environment and working well with a team of others is important.

Compensation Range: $17.87 - $21.40
