Job summary

Clarendale West End is recruiting for a hospitality focused Dishwasher to join our culinary team. This role provides full-scope, hands on serving functions within the community.

The position is part-time, offering 10-15 hours per week with a pay rate of $18 per hour. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and experience in food service in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in working in a fast-paced environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs dish and pot washing, general cleaning duties and stores supplies.
• Sets up the dish and pot washing area.
• Prepares for dish washing and washes pots, dishes, and utensils.
• Distributes and stores clean pots, dishes, and utensils.
• Cleans and sanitizes production equipment and kitchen surfaces.
• Empties trash containers as required.
• Adheres to community standards of cleanliness and organization.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Dishwasher

• Performs under the direction of supervisory personnel, dish and pot washing, general cleaning duties and storing food and non-food supplies.
• Sets up the dish and pot washing area.
• Prepares for dish washing and washes pots, dishes, and utensils.
• Distributes and stores clean pots, dishes, and utensils.
• Cleans and sanitizes production equipment, work surfaces and kitchen according to cleaning schedules and procedures.
• Empties trash containers as required.
• Exemplify at all times Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and operational organization.
