Earls Kitchen + Bar in Nashville is seeking a motivated Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. You will help maintain a clean, organized station and support the chefs to keep service running smoothly. This hourly role offers $17-$19/hr with a focus on teamwork, training opportunities, and career development through mentorship and in-house programs.

Job description

We are looking for motivated, self-starting Dishwashers to enhance our kitchen team. As a Dishwasher, you help ensure the Earls environment is unbelievably clean and organized. This role keeps the restaurant's wheels turning, and is the foundation of all of our Chefs’ careers.

Compensation

$17-$19 /hr

Hourly wage will be based on a comprehensive evaluation of each candidate's qualifications and achievements. While the range provides a general guideline, final offers will be tailored to each individual
