Arete Staffing in Nashville, TN is seeking dependable individuals to join our client team as a Dishwasher. The role offers two shifts: 1st shift 8:00 AM–4:00 PM (1 opening) and 2nd shift 2:00 PM–10:00 PM (2 openings).

Availability to work seven days a week is required. You will wash dishes and kitchen equipment, maintain a clean dish area, assist with supplies, remove trash, and follow food-safety procedures while supporting kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in dishwashing or kitchen preferred
• Dependable, punctual, and detail‑oriented
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends

Availability: Must be available to work 7 days a week

1ST SHIFT

1 Opening

Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

2ND SHIFT

2 Openings

Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment

Maintain clean and sanitary kitchen and dishwashing areas

Assist with keeping kitchen supplies organized

Remove trash and maintain a clean work environment

Follow food safety and sanitation procedures

Support kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred
