Position: Dishwasher

As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for washing and unloading dishes, pots, pans, silverware, china, utensils, and equipment.

Required Experience

• Prior restaurant or dishwashing experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be friendly, display a positive attitude, and have good teamwork skills.
• Good communication skills are required.

Primary Responsibilities

• Use proper procedures for cleaning and storing items, complying with all applicable health and safety codes.
• Stock soap, towels, and paper products throughout the kitchen.
• Perform daily or scheduled cleaning duties according to established policies and procedures.
• Scrub and mop floors, clean and sanitize equipment and work areas as needed.
• Maintain a positive attitude, supporting a team environment with other Dishwashers and culinary staff.
• Promote positive relations with residents, family members, and guests.

Working Conditions

This role involves standing for extended periods. You will communicate effectively, sit, stand, walk, and handle equipment and objects. Occasionally, you may need to reach with your hands and arms, lift up to 25 pounds, and review detailed documents. The environment has a moderate noise level and requires appropriate interaction with others.
