We are now accepting applications for various positions, including Dishwasher, at The Greggory, a new restaurant in the Arboretum of South Barrington that reimagines American classics with warm hospitality.

Dishwasher Responsibilities

• Ensure kitchen procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations
• Organize kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas
• Wash and clean cooking utensils and store equipment at the end of shifts
• Take garbage and trash to the dumpster area
• Clean work areas, refrigerators, cooking equipment, walls, and floors
• Assemble, maintain, and break down the dish machine

Requirements

• Stand for extended periods (8-hour shifts)
• Food safety knowledge
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Speed and finesse
• Maintain a positive attitude with self, guests, and teammates
• Complete ongoing certifications/validations
• Maintain a clean workspace
• 1+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen preferred
