Job summary

Main Event is seeking a dependable Dishwasher to clean, sanitize, and sort all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware while upholding the highest safety and cleanliness standards. You will participate in opening, mid-day, and closing duties as required.

Ideal candidates are 18+ with dishwashing or restaurant experience, possess a guest-focused mindset, and can work well in a team under pressure. Training and a positive, energetic culture are emphasized.

Qualifications

• 6 months of dishwasher or restaurant experience.
• Guest-focused mindset.
• Teamwork is essential.
• 18+ years of age; Food Handlers Certification, as required.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Able to communicate with management, teammates and guests.
• Availability to work days, evenings, and/or weekends.

At Main Event, our Dishwashers are responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and properly sorting all dishes, flatware, utensils, and kitchenware! As a Dishwasher, you’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards of safety.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)
• Adhering to all company and health department food safety procedures
• Properly and safely operating kitchen equipment
• Maintaining a clean and stocked station before and after each shift
• Performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Must have 6 months of dishwasher, or restaurant environment, experience
• Guest-focused mindset (We heart our Guests!)
• Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!)
• 18 + years of age; Food Handlers Certification, as required
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Availability to workdays, nights and/or weekends
